Scientists say that with the diet change also mood changes. Food isn't just a ''fuel'' for the body – it feeds also the mind and it can change our mood. This connection between food and mood is still in a process of investigation and exploration, but it is known that certain foods significantly affect mood.




Banana

Diseases that are treated with a mixture of cinnamon and honey

Make a mixture of honey and cinnamon powder and spread it on bread. This meal you can eat every day for breakfast. It reduces cholesterol in the arteries and prevents heart attack.
